It’s so unsettling to think of Jewish men as sexy, so destructive of the stereotype, especially Jewish lawyers (although accountants might have been even funnier). Although I’m pretty sure the intent of this send-up is benign (and I’m not absolutely sure), the persistence amazing of many stereotypes is mind-boggling. —Rabbi Kerry Baker
